I’m Laura Davis, an accredited counsellor based in Caulfield and the founder of Boost Wellness. I work with women across Melbourne—and beyond via telehealth—to help them feel more like themselves again, especially when life feels anything but simple.

At Boost Wellness, I support women of all ages who are dealing with the invisible weight of expectations, transitions, and uncertainty. My counselling practice is warm, grounded, and designed to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
Outside of counselling, I find balance through reading, cooking, dancing, music, and spending time with family. My favourite way to recharge is a day outdoors, soaking up the sun and immersed in nature—especially at the beach. I encourage my clients to discover what brings them joy and fulfilment as part of their own journey.

As a former student, parent, wife, daughter, friend, professional, and now empty nester, I bring more than qualifications to the therapy room. I bring life experience.
I understand how it feels to be pulled in many directions, to question your identity, or to quietly carry the weight of "having it all together." I've supported women through school leaver anxiety, new motherhood, postnatal challenges, empty nest syndrome, career transitions, and everyday overwhelm.
